Calm sensible advice, got me up and running again in no time
Having to work from home because of the lockdown, I had to set up a home office. I started getting terrible network problems, which were impacting my ability to operate. The sort of issues that can lead to laptops, windows and random passers by being damaged! Thankfully, Malcolm was able to calmly talk me through to a solution. Excellent service, very fast turnaround.
Had my PC in for data recovery and it was ready the next day, Malcolm couldn’t have been more helpful and was updated every step of the way via text message. Price was very reasonable, especially considering the fast turn around time and during drop off and pick up Malcolm provided a table to leave the computer on which had anti bacterial wipes so social distancing and general hygiene were observed. I would absolutely recommend Malcolm at HCS to anyone. His communication and service is exemplary, and i would say his price considering this is lower than I expected and extremely affordable. Not only did Malcolm help me speed up my laptop but he also arranged and managed a very sensitive forensic data retrieval with a 3rd party company. Needed a quick visit at short notice to my elderly mum to reset her facebook portal; Malcolm made everything super easy, all done & arranged in one call.
