Having to work from home because of the lockdown, I had to set up a home office. I started getting terrible network problems, which were impacting my ability to operate. The sort of issues that can lead to laptops, windows and random passers by being damaged! Thankfully, Malcolm was able to calmly talk me through to a solution. My network is up and running again and my blood pressure has returned to normal. Very grateful. If you have issues, try phoning here. I certainly plan to use HCS again.

Excellent customer service from Malcolm. He repaired a broken screen for us within 24 hours and that includes having to order and wait for the replacement screen delivery. A 5 star service for sure and highly recommended. You don’t get this kind of customer service very much these days

Had my PC in for data recovery and it was ready the next day, Malcolm couldn’t have been more helpful and was updated every step of the way via text message. Price was very reasonable, especially considering the fast turn around time and during drop off and pick up Malcolm provided a table to leave the computer on which had anti bacterial wipes so social distancing and general hygiene were observed. Home Computers Support will be my go to repair shop for any future repair requirements.

Unfortunately my e mail account was hacked. The scammers were sending out false e mails daily, causing numerous issues. I had difficulty resetting the account but HCS helped me fix everything. They got to work immediately after I phoned and sorted the problem the same day. They also followed up 24 hours later to ensure I had no further issues. A brilliant service.
