Unfortunately my e mail account was hacked. The scammers were sending out false e mails daily, causing numerous issues. I had difficulty resetting the account but HCS helped me fix everything. They got to work immediately after I phoned and sorted the problem the same day. They also followed up 24 hours later to ensure I had no further issues. A brilliant service. Bill

My elderly father has fallen victim to the vile scammers who abused his trust, took over and locked his computer and tried to empty his bank and building society accounts. When this was discovered HCS were contacted and Malcolm couldn’t do enough to help to find out what the scammers had been up to and to get the computer scanned, software cleaned up and ready to be safely reused.
