My elderly father has fallen victim to the vile scammers who abused his trust, took over and locked his computer and tried to empty his bank and building society accounts. When this was discovered HCS were contacted and Malcolm couldn’t do enough to help to find out what the scammers had been up to and to get the computer scanned, software cleaned up and ready to be safely reused. I can’t praise him enough for his friendly customer service and professionalism.
